1. Introduction
The Taawon Portal is designed for Taawon stakeholders to enhance collaboration, improve transparency, and digitize interactions in line with Taawon’s vision of achieving full digital transformation. Through this portal, users can securely access real-time information related to their partnership and engagement with Taawon.
2. Stakeholders Who Can Use This Portal
- Donors: Individuals and organizations contributing financially to Taawon projects.
- Members: Registered members of Taawon who participate in governance, decision-making, and institutional development.
Future phases may expand access to partners and beneficiaries.
3. Accessing the Portal
Step 1: Request Access
To receive login credentials, please contact the Taawon support team at support@taawon.org. Provide your full name, affiliation, and preferred email address.
Step 2: Logging In
- Go to the Taawon Portal:
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Login.
Step 3: Changing Your Password
- After logging in, click Your Name (top right).
- Select Profile.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password and new password.
- Click Save.
4. Features by User Type
A. Donors
When donors log in to the Taawon Portal, they are welcomed by a personalized dashboard that summarizes their contributions.
Home Dashboard
- My Contributions (Current Year): Displays donations made in the current calendar year.
- Total of All Transactions: Shows the cumulative total of all donations to date.
Donors can click on the contribution boxes to view detailed donation records.
Menu Options (Top Right)
- Profile: View and edit personal information or change the password.
- My Gifts to Taawon: View a detailed list of all donations and allocations to specific projects.
- Campaigns: Browse active fundraising campaigns.
- Contact Us: Submit inquiries or reach the support team.
- Support Us: Access additional giving options.
- Sign Out: Securely log out of the portal.
B. Members
When members log in to the Taawon Portal, they are welcomed by a personalized dashboard summarizing their membership and contribution information.
Home Dashboard
- My Contributions (Current Year): Shows donations made in the current calendar year.
- Total of All Transactions: Displays the cumulative total of all contributions made to date.
- Membership Dues (For this Year): Indicates whether the membership dues are Paid or Unpaid for the current year.
Members can click on any of these boxes to view more details about their payments, dues, or donation records.

- Profile: View and update personal information or change the password.
- Taawon Board / GA Documents: Access official governance and general assembly documents (based on permissions).
- My Gifts to Taawon: View all donations and allocations to specific projects.
- Membership Dashboard: Access a detailed summary of membership status and history.
- Members Database: View the member directory (if authorized).
- Campaigns: Browse active fundraising campaigns.
- Contact Us: Submit inquiries or reach the support team.
- Support Us: Learn about giving and engagement opportunities.
- Sign Out: Securely log out of the portal.
6. Security and Privacy
- All data shared through the Taawon Portal is encrypted and protected.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
- The system automatically logs out after a period of inactivity.

7. Troubleshooting
